the check-in was very simple and convenient. the subway station is within easy walking distance. i found the option to store luggage before check-in very helpful.
the ventilation was not very good. the only window did not fully open. the apartment felt quite warm at times.

the staff responded quickly to messages, very helpful. i even received a handwritten welcome note upon arrival. i felt they paid attention to whether everything was okay.

the room included both a refrigerator and an oven, great for self-catering. a grocery store is just three blocks away. i found a large selection with good prices there.

The apartment had a good hairdryer. salt, pepper, teas, and coffees were available. The bed was comfortable, and access was easy. I will stay there again.
Check-in instructions were not sent to me. I had to call to get my room number and code. There was no apology for not sending me the information prior to my arrival. the room was much smaller than pictured.
